1. Orders

Products sold on this site are for your personal use only. At no time may you resale our products without permission of QBA and you may not represent our products as your own at any time. International customers wishing to purchase products should contact us via site to request assistance. All prices shown are in US dollars. All sales are limited to customers 18 years of age or older. Customers who purchase products are in agreement to pay in full the prices listed as well as any additional required taxes either by credit card, debit card, or Paypal account concurrent with your online order. QBA reserves the right to cancel any sale or to reduce the quantities when necessary, without notice to you,  and at our own discretion. If orders are canceled or quantities are reduced by QBA and your payment has been received, you will only be charged for the items and quantities that were shipped.

We reserve the right to change, ammend and update information as needed or to cancel orders. Attempts are made to convey colors of products, packaging, and labeling accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your individual monitor screens are accurate.The colors and shapes of bottles, tubes, or jars that you receive could differ from what is shown on the site at any given time. Labeling could differ slightly than what is shown on site.

6. Sales

All sales on this site are final. QBA does not allow returns or exchanges for any reason. Returned products will not be accepted. If you have questions about the products sold on this site or a particular scent, contact us for assistance PRIOR to purchase. QBA does not warranty any products sold on this site. Understand that your purchase is agreement that you fully understand this term of sale.  Risk of loss/damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

7.  Shipping 

Your purchases will be shipped to the verified address listed at purchase. I do not drop ship at this time.
